There are many different types of gyms, but Barn Fitness has a unique position. Opposite to the large commercial gyms where members can often feel lost in the crowd, our facility focuses on a tailored and personal approach. Each class at Barn Fitness is meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of our members, ensuring individualized attention and guidance. With Cole Block’s training style, we prioritize fitness as a lifestyle, not a temporary goal. About Cole Block

Education and Experience

After earning his Health Promotion/Fitness Management degree from UNI, Cole sought out real-world experience. He secured an internship at the YMCA. Here, he honed his skills under the guidance of established trainers and instructors, learning lots.

With a respected certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and a solid 13 years in personal training and class instruction, Cole’s expertise stands out. But it’s his approach that truly differentiates him.

To the Barn Fitness community, Cole isn’t just the owner or the trainer. He’s a mentor, guide, and, most importantly, a genuine listener. His approach is understanding the unique stories and ambitions of every individual that walks through the barn doors.
