I love the exercises Cole has me do and how he is very encouraging. You can’t go wrong with his workouts. You leave feeling so good about yourself and that you can do just about anything. If you have a goal, Cole will help you reach it! Thanks Cole for helping me make great strides in my daily routines.

I used Cole a few years ago for several months. He tracked my changes and pushed me out of my comfort zone (several times!). He’s very laid back but knows what he’s doing. He tailors workouts to fit the person he’s coaching. I would definitely recommend him!

You have learned that Brian and I want to be in good shape, but our goal is not to be bodybuilders. You have adapted many of your exercises to fit our body type. There are no judgments about your abilities and strengths. I went to the Tabata, Bootcamp, and Yoga classes. I like the group aspect of working out together and everyone doing the same thing. If you have questions about anything, anyone is willing to answer or show you how to do an exercise.
